Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome members to the fifth meeting in 2018 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee. The first item today is for the committee to agree to take in private agenda item 4, which concerns a letter that we have received from James Dornan MSP.
