The first item on our agenda is a decision on whether to take in private today and at future meetings consideration of a draft report on post-legislative scrutiny of the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012 and a draft report on Brexit and the civil and criminal justice systems and policing in Scotland.
