Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 13th meeting in 2013 of the Health and Sport Committee. As usual at this point, I remind those present to switch off mobile phones and BlackBerrys, as they may interfere with the sound system.

The first item on the agenda is a decision on whether to take in private item 3, under which we will consider our work programme. Do members agree to take item 3 in private?
