Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the third meeting in 2013 of the Local Government and Regeneration Committee. As usual, I ask everyone to ensure that they have switched off mobile phones and other electronic equipment, please.

I have received apologies from Margaret Mitchell, for whom Jamie McGrigor is substituting. I welcome him to the meeting. We are glad to have him.
