Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the 14th meeting of the Justice Sub-Committee on Policing. I ask everyone to switch off their mobile phones—I have just done so—and other electronic devices completely because they interfere with the broadcasting system even when they are switched to silent.

No apologies have been received.

Item 1 is to ask the sub-committee to agree to take in private item 3, which is consideration of our work programme. Do members agree?
