Children’s Legal Assistance (Fees) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (SSI 2013/144)

Item 3 is consideration of one negative instrument. The regulations make provision for the fees that can be charged by solicitors and counsel when providing assistance by way of representation or legal aid in relation to hearings and proceedings under the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011. The Subordinate Legislation Committee is content with the regulations—it is content with something! That is excellent.
