Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 17th meeting in 2013 of the Education and Culture Committee. I remind everyone present to keep all electronic devices, particularly phones, switched off at all times, as they interfere with the sound system.

Agenda item 1 is to consider whether to take in private item 4, which is consideration of our annual report. Do members agree to take that in private?
