Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to this meeting of the Public Audit Committee and ask all present to switch off their phones. If there are any American billionaires present, they are in the wrong place and should go now.

The first item on the agenda is a decision on taking business in private. Does the committee agree to take in private item 3, which is consideration of the evidence that we will hear this morning, and item 4, which is our work programme?
