Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome members of the public to the Justice Committee’s 25th meeting in 2013. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices completely, as they interfere with the broadcasting system even when switched to silent. No apologies have been received.

Item 2 is a decision on taking business in private. I ask the committee to agree to take in private item 5, which is further consideration of our approach to scrutiny of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Bill at stage 1. Is that agreed?
