Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome you to the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee’s 16th meeting in 2015. Everyone present is reminded to switch off any mobile phones, as they affect the broadcasting system. Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Does the committee agree to take in private item 4, on consideration of evidence from the Scottish Housing Regulator session, and item 5, on consideration of the committee’s work programme?
