Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the 13th meeting in 2012 of the Local Government and Regeneration Committee. As usual, I ask folk to ensure that they have switched off their mobile phones and other electronic devices that interfere with the sound system.

Our first item of business is to agree to take items 4, 5 and 6 in private. I propose that we do that. Is that agreed?
