Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome members to the second meeting of the Education and Culture Committee in 2013. I remind members and those in the public gallery to ensure that all electronic devices, but particularly phones, are switched off at all times.

The first item of business this morning is consideration of whether to take an item in private. Do members agree to take item 4 in private?
