Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome members to the 16th meeting in session 4 of the Subordinate Legislation Committee. I ask all those who are present to ensure that their mobile phones are turned off and not merely in silent mode.

The first item of business is for the committee to consider whether we should take item 7, which is consideration of the evidence that we are about to hear, in private. Are members content to do that?
