Our next item of business is consideration of two negative instruments: the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2012 and the Energy Performance of Buildings (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2012. Members have a paper from the clerks that sets out the purpose of each instrument. The Subordinate Legislation Committee had no comments to make on either instrument.

As no member has any questions or comments in relation to the instruments, are members content not to make any recommendations to the Parliament on either of them?
