Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the third meeting in 2016 of the Local Government and Regeneration Committee. Everyone present is asked to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices, as they interfere with the broadcasting system. Members will refer to tablets during the meeting, as we provide papers in digital format.
