Good morning and welcome to the Health and Sport Committee’s fifth meeting in 2015. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones as they can interfere with the sound system. Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. I ask the committee to agree to take in private at future meetings consideration of our approach to national health service boards budget scrutiny. It is our normal practice to do that. Does the committee agree to that?
