Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to our second meeting in 2012. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices, as they interfere with the broadcasting system even when they are switched to silent. Apologies have been received from Alison McInnes.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. The committee is invited to agree to consider in private item 6, on a European Union legislative proposal, and item 7, on a call for written evidence on the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Bill. Are we agreed?
