Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the second meeting of the Education and Culture Committee in 2012. I remind members and those in the public gallery to turn off mobile phones and other electronic devices, rather than switch them to silent, to ensure that they do not interfere with the sound system.

The first item of business is a decision on whether to take item 4 in private and whether to consider our draft report on the educational attainment of looked-after children in private at future meetings. Are members agreed?
