Good morning. I welcome everyone to the ninth meeting of the Education and Skills Committee in 2018. Tavish Scott and Ross Greer are attending the Finance and Constitution Committee’s stage 2 consideration of the UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Legal Continuity) (Scotland) Bill this morning and have also passed on their apologies.
The first item of business is a decision on whether to take agenda item 4 in private. It is a review of the evidence from the minister. Is everyone content that agenda item 4 be taken in private?
