Decisions on Taking Business in Private

Welcome to the 19th meeting of the Health and Sport Committee in 2012. I remind everyone that mobile phones and BlackBerrys should be turned off, as they can interfere with the sound system.

We have an apology from Richard Lyle, and Adam Ingram is attending in his place.

I ask the committee to agree to take in private agenda item 6, which concerns consideration of the committee’s draft report on national health service boards budget scrutiny. Do we agree to do so?

Also, do we agree, at future meetings, to deal in private with our draft stage 1 report on the Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Bill?
