Decisions on Taking Business in Private

Good afternoon. Welcome to the sixth meeting in 2011 of the Scotland Bill Committee, which is due to be our last oral evidence-taking session. Before we start, I invite all members and everyone who is joining us today to turn off BlackBerrys, pagers and other electronic devices. We have received no apologies from committee members. As far as I know, no additional MSPs will join us.

Does the committee agree to take item 3, which is consideration of our report, in private?

The clerk is urging me to ask the committee to agree that all future consideration of the draft report be taken in private, as is standard practice. Is that agreed?
