Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the fifth meeting of the Justice Committee in this session of the Parliament. I remind everyone to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices, as they interfere with the sound system even when they are switched to silent. No apologies have been received.

We move to item 1 on the agenda. The committee is invited to agree that item 5, which is on the appointment of a budget adviser, and item 6, which is consideration of our work programme, be taken in private, as is the usual practice. Is the committee agreed?
