Under item 1, the committee is invited to agree to consider in private items 7, 8 and 9. Item 7 is consideration of a draft report on the Modern Slavery Bill legislative consent memorandum; item 8 is consideration of a draft report on the draft Public Services Reform (Inspection and Monitoring of Prisons) (Scotland) Order 2014; and item 9 is consideration of a draft report on the Assisted Suicide (Scotland) Bill.
