Good morning and welcome to the Local Government and Regeneration Committee’s fifth meeting in 2016. Agenda item 1 is consideration of whether to take in private item 7, which is a discussion about the evidence taken as part of our inquiry on the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman, and item 8, which is a discussion about the evidence taken as part of our scrutiny of the draft budget 2016-17.
