During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everybody, and welcome to the first meeting of the Scottish Commission for Public Audit in 2013. I remind everybody to switch off their mobile phones and any other electronic gizmos. I understand that apologies have been received from Iain Gray.

Our first item of business is to agree to take in private agenda items 4 and 5, on the corporate governance of Audit Scotland. Are members content to do so?
