Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everybody. Welcome to the fourth meeting in 2012 of the Scottish Commission for Public Audit. I remind everybody to ensure that their mobile phones and other electronic devices are switched off. There are no apologies.

Agenda item 1 is to agree to take item 4, which is consideration of a paper on Audit Scotland’s corporate governance, in private. Are members content to do so?
