Under agenda item 2, we must decide whether to take in private items 4 to 6 on our slightly renumbered agenda. Item 4 is consideration of a draft report on the Scottish Local Government Elections (Candidacy Rights of Commonwealth Citizens) Bill, item 5 is consideration of our approach to scrutiny of temporary changes to standing orders affecting business in the chamber, and item 6 is consideration of the evidence that we are about to hear. Do we agree to take those items in private?
