Paper 5 from the clerk covers the item, and annex A to that paper briefly details the sub-committee’s work programme. If it assisted the convener and the committee, I would be happy to defer the discussion to next week, when we will have more time to cover it.

The committee’s next meeting will be on 24 January, when the main item of business will be a round-table evidence session on demand-led policing.
