The Scottish Parliament is now dissolved ahead of the election on Thursday 7 May 2026.

During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

Complaint against Adam Tomkins

At its meetings on 4 November and 9 and 16 December 2021 the Committee considered a complaint against former MSP Adam Tomkins.

Complaint against Alison Harris

At its meetings on 9 December 2021 and 20 January 2022 the Committee considered a complaint against former MSP Alison Harris.

Complaint against Jackson Carlaw MSP

At its meetings on 8 December 2022, 15 December 2022 and 22 December 2022 the Committee considered a complaint against Jackson Carlaw MSP.

Complaint against Maggie Chapman MSP

At its meetings on 20 April, 27 April, 4 May, and 11 May 2023 the Committee considered a complaint against Maggie Chapman MSP. The Committee published its report on the complaint on 11 May 2023.
