We have recently published a Special Report on Rule of Law Themes from COVID19 Regulations, which set out a number of recurring themes that arose in our consideration of statutory instruments addressing the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, we do not have anything to add to our comments in the Report, which sets out our views in detail. We have noted your inquiry with interest and look forward to seeing your Committee’s Report in the new year.
