Budget 2022-23: Pre-Budget Scrutiny
I am pleased to set out the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee pre-budget scrutiny views for the forthcoming Scottish Government’s draft budget 2022-23.
This year, the Committee’s scrutiny focused on human rights budgeting. We have structured our views under the following headings for clarity:
