The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers and Scottish Ministers in devolved areas in the Procurement Bill (UK Parliament legislation).



6 Scottish Law Commission Bills

The Committee will consider its approach to the Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill at Stage 1 and the Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill at Stage 2.
