PE1858/B - Provide free face masks for everyone in Scotland

I still agree that the public should be given the opportunity to have free masks. As you know, the country changed dramatically as people lost their jobs. People on benefits can't afford these nor can the homeless.

I'm not asking for these masks for years, I only feel that until this fatal virus is under control these should be free just as sanitary products are. This virus is NOT away and the public cannot afford these. I've been out a fortune from the start so I do understand why people don't wear these anymore even on the public transport – the bus was full and only two of us were wearing the masks. I hope this government sees fit and gives people the chance to save themselves and others.

As I said last year, this should not be down to shop keepers because the Scottish Government are telling us to take precautions, well it's down to them to provide these precautionary measures.
