This Order amends certain fees payable in relation to registering, recording or entering in registers under the management and control of the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland.
The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee considered the instrument at its meeting on 2 February 2021 and agreed that no points arose.
Following evidence, the Minister for Trade, Innovation and Public Finance moved—

These Regulations amend the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016, the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Regulations 2016 and the Bankruptcy Fees (Scotland) Regulations 2018, to replace certain temporary measures in Part 5 of schedule 1 of the Coronavirus (Scotland) (No. 2) Act 2020 with equivalent permanent provision. They also bring forward the expiry of the measures in the 2020 Act that are being replaced.
The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee considered the instrument at its meeting on 9 February 2021 and agreed that no points arose.
The Committee wrote to the Minister for Business, Fair Work and Skills on 17 February to ask how stakeholders have been made aware of the draft Regulations and if there had been consultation with small creditors. The Minister responded on 23 February.
Following evidence, the Minister for Business, Fair Work and Skills moved—
