• In relation to the above instrument, the Committee :

  • noted that the original draft of this instrument was withdrawn and the present version re-laid following questions raised by the Committee with the Scottish Government;

  • welcomed that the Scottish Government will consider the order in which the entries appear in the list of disqualified office-holders generally, including the entries mentioned in the Committee's questions, to make it as clear as possible in the future.
