Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee
At its meeting on 19 June 2018, the Committee determined that it did not need to draw the Parliament's attention to the instruments set out by the relevant lead committee in the next section of this report.
The Committee welcomed the Scottish Government taking the opportunity to revoke an article from the Sheriff Court Fees Order 2018 which the Committee had reported under the general reporting ground when scrutinising that Order.
