The Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Bill was Introduced on 15 June 2009 [Session 3]

This was a Government Bill. Government Bills before September 2012 were known as Executive Bills.



Bill becomes an Act

The Bill was passed on 28 April 2010 and became an Act on 3 June 2010

If the Bill is passed by MSPs, it can then get Royal Assent and become an Act.
