Climate Change (Scotland) Bill

The Climate Change (Scotland) Bill was introduced on 4 December 2008 [Session 3]

This was a Government Bill. Government Bills before September 2012 were known as Executive Bills.



Bill becomes an Act

The Bill was passed on 24 June 2009 and became an Act on 4 August 2009

If the Bill is passed by MSPs, it can then get Royal Assent and become an Act.
