Decision Time

We move to decision time. I propose putting a single question on the five motions, S5M-19318 to S5M-19322. If any member objects, they should say so now. No member has objected.

The question is, that motions S5M-19318 to S5M-19322, in the name of Graeme Dey, be agreed to.

Motions agreed to,

That the Parliament agrees that the Office of the Clerk be closed on Friday 27, Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 December 2019.

That the Parliament agrees that the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee be designated as the lead committee in consideration of the Animals and Wildlife (Penalties, Protections and Powers) (Scotland) Bill at stage 1.

That the Parliament agrees that the Environmental Protection Act 1990 Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2019 [draft] be approved.

That the Parliament agrees that the Provision of Early Learning and Childcare (Specified Children) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2019 [draft] be approved.

That the Parliament agrees that the Tenancy Deposit Schemes (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2019 [draft] be approved.
