That the Parliament congratulates Kim Little on being appointed an MBE in the King’s New Year Honours list for her services to association football; understands that Kim played football at primary school and then at Mintlaw Academy, where she helped the team win a U15 Scottish Cup; recognises that Kim has had a hugely successful career in football in which she has played for Hibernian Ladies, Arsenal Ladies, and Seattle Reign; notes that Kim has also had a great international career, playing for Scotland Women’s National Football Team and representing Scotland in the team’s first-ever World Cup in 2019, and representing Team GB at both the London Olympics and Tokyo Olympic, and thanks Kim for her outstanding contribution to women’s football.
