That the Parliament congratulates Kirkcaldy Japanese restaurant, Koku Shi, after being named Best of Fife (Restaurant) at the Scottish Asian Food Awards; understands that it was also highly recommended as Japanese Restaurant of the Year; believes that this success comes from Koku Shi being a family-run business where its staff are also treated as a family in order to provide the best experience for its customers; notes that Koku Shi is set to launch its new venue in the Lang Toun as it prepares to move into a bigger unit, across the street, to cater for the growing demand for tables and deliveries; commends Koku Shi for its dedication to its customers, and wishes it all the best in its future endeavours.
