That the Parliament congratulates The Buffalo Farm from Kirkcaldy, who have been recognised with a silver award for its buffalo mozzarella at the 2022 world cheese awards; understands that the world cheese awards brings together cheesemakers, retailers, buyers and food commentators worldwide to judge over 4,000 cheeses from over 40 countries; believes that the Buffalo Farm’s attention to high animal welfare standards has allowed it to create equally high quality products such as its buffalo mozzarella and buffalo meat products; acknowledges that this is one of many awards that the Buffalo Farm has won for its products, and wishes the Buffalo Farm all the best for the future and any awards they may be nominated for in the future.
