Joanna Kerr Publishes First Book

That the Parliament congratulates Joanna Kerr, aged 18, from Aberdour, on publishing her first book, entitled I Can Do It Myself!, on 30 June 2022; understands that Joanna wrote the book at the beginning of the COVID-19 lockdown; further understands that the book tells the story of a strong-willed Elf, Erwin, who is super excited for the big day and follows his adventures as he starts in his dream job of Santa's trusty head elf; notes that Joanna is a former Inverkeithing High School Pupil and is heading to Glasgow Caledonian University in September to study multimedia journalism; recognises the work it has taken to get the book over the line and published, and wishes Joanna all the very best for university study and story writing.
