That the Parliament congratulates RIG Arts, in Greenock, on winning the Creative Regeneration category of the prestigious 2021 SURF Awards for Best Practice in Community Regeneration, which identifies and celebrates best practice, innovation and achievement in interventions that improve Scottish communities.
