That the Parliament commends Kirkintilloch Rotary for its dedication in launching the Wrap Up project in the constituency of Strathkelvin and Bearsden; pays tribute to the visionary leadership of Daibhidh Wallace, District Governor Nominee and Assistant Governor of Rotary in the West of Scotland; thanks local businesses such as Archies, Caulders, Dobbies, Lidl, Sainsburys and The Regent Centre for their support in hosting the Rotary and Wrap Up branded boxes for unwanted coats to be collected; praises the team that is transporting and sorting the preloved coats; expresses gratitude to Frances McGuire and colleagues in East Dunbartonshire Council for their insight and hands-on partnership working; delights that members of the public can access "pop-up rails" in local community centres to select a coat of their choice; applauds this initiative to reduce, reuse and recycle, and wishes all involved every success in the first year of this inspirational project.
