That the Parliament commends a Clackmannanshire hotel on receiving two awards for its spa, having expanded facilities despite the uncertainties of the pandemic; acknowledges that Inglewood House and Spa, on Tullibody Road, Alloa, received its awards at The Scottish Beauty Industry Awards 2021 on 10 October 2021 for Spa Team of the Year and Resident Spa of the Year, following what is understood to have been an exceptionally difficult 18 months for everyone in the beauty industry; applauds Inglewood owner, Ewan Campbell, for bringing forward future plans for the spa, despite uncertainty over what the future may have held when COVID-19 restrictions hit, and further applauds spa manager, Debbie Duffy, for her and her team’s continued excellent customer service, as well as all the clients who have supported the hotel and spa wherever possible, including by providing positive feedback throughout the past 18 months and their messages of congratulations to the team, which are understood to have had a clear and positive effect on morale.
