That the Parliament celebrates the 50th anniversary of Edinburgh World Heritage; notes that, since the New Town Conservation Committee was established in 1971, the organisation has carried out over 1,500 projects in both the Old and New towns, and commends the tireless work of the staff and volunteers as well as their partners at City of Edinburgh Council and Historic Environment Scotland who have contributed so much to making Edinburgh the inspiring and beautiful city it is today.
