During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

That the Parliament welcomes the establishment of the Fife Early Cancer Diagnostic Centre, which became operational on 7 June 2021; believes that the establishment of this new unit will help to detect cancer earlier, and considers this to be a fantastic advance in improving the experience and outcomes for cancer patients across the whole of Fife.
