That the Parliament congratulates VeriCall Ltd on winning two awards at the 15th annual Top-Ranking Performers in the Contact Centre world ceremony, which was held online, including best contact centre (outsourced) and best in customer service for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region; acknowledges the achievement of VeriCall in being selected the winners from over 1,600 entries across 50 countries; recognises the hard work and high level of service delivered by the company's 400 staff members, and encourages them to continue to bring a high level of service to their customer base.
