That the Parliament congratulates Scott Bryant on being named Young Musician of the Year, and Kitty Tannock on winning the Young Singer of the Year title; notes that both are pupils of Kilwinning Academy and were winners from heats across all nine secondary schools in North Ayrshire; understands that Scott impressed the judges with his renditions of Bruch’s Violin Concerto No 1 and Rode's Caprice No 2, while Kitty sang Only Us by Justin Paul and Benj Pasek, and Get Out and Stay Out by Dolly Parton; congratulates both Scott and Kitty on their incredible talents, and wishes them success in their future musical endeavours.
